Advice for leaders

• Visas:

  Check if it is necessary for you and your team to apply for visas. Basic information about visas can be found here. Visa applications can take a long time to process. Make your enquires early.

• Insurance:

  We do not provide any insurance, so you should take care of it on your own.

• Arrival:

  If you arrive by plane, make flight reservations early. Notify us (using the Registration system) about the time and the place of your arrival.

• What to bring:

  • English versions of your national informatics olympiad tasks and solutions
  • a gift for your guide, the person who escorts your delegation for an entire week
