The City

Nowy Sącz – a city located in Southern Poland nearby Krakow. Chartered in 1298, it passed to Austria in 1772 and was included in Poland in 1919. It has several old churches and many sights in the old part of the town. The town’s greatest attribute is its location in a region best known for its natural beauty, in the Beskidy mountain range in the vicinity of the magnificent Tatras.
